Very central to all shops and attractions in port Douglas. Manager very helpful and knowledgeable about area.
Extremely firm mattresses, too hard for our liking; also king bed was made from 2 singles. Very dark outlook, even in daytime, had to have lights on. Sound proofing was not adequate, as you could hear peoples voices, walking and the sound of the spa pump coming through the ceiling.( from room above)

Nothing!
Were given a room in the basement (same level as car park ). felt like we were in a dungeon. They soon grabbed our payment as soon as we stepped foot at the reception, most places you pay upon leaving.stayed 1 week out of 2 and found better accommodation at "oaks lagoons" at $109 per night with spa on balcony...very nice.
